First I want to say I do not know much about oracle dbs. I am taking a forms class and my teacher had me install 9i personal edition on my home computer. It took up 3 gig in space. Does anyone know how I can remove some of this and still it work? My teacher was not much help

oracle 9i is BIG.
you can save some space.
during installation, go for custom install.
BUT, U NEED TO HAVE THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF THE OPTIONS TO INSTALL IN CUSTOM INSTALLATION.
