1) What are the dictionary we can access at Mount & Nomount stage?
2) What are the Files are checked at the NOMOUNT stage, and what are the files will be checked at the MOUNT stage in Control file?
3) What are the files can be altered at the MOUNT & NOMOUNT stage and the Diff b/w them?
